A father has been charged with second-degree murder following the discovery of his 14-year-old daughter with a man
Cabot, Arkansas – A father from Lonoke County is accused of killing a man he discovered with his daughter, 14, and he is being charged with second-degree murder.
Chuck Graham, the prosecuting attorney for Lonoke County, said he is charging Aaron Spencer with the crime.
According to Graham, Spencer’s plea arraignment at the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department is scheduled for Monday at 9 a.m.
Spencer reported his daughter missing and then found her in a car with Michael Fosler, which led to a fight and shooting, according to the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department.
Fosler was declared dead at the spot, according to the authorities.
