After the early morning shooting, a man was taken into custody
Jonesboro, Arkansas – A gunshot that occurred early in the morning in Memphis led to the arrest of a man.
Following a gunshot that took place on Phillip Evans Parkway at approximately three in the morning, Jonesboro police made an arrest of Jessie James McDuffy, who is 27 years old. It is Sunday, September 15th.
On the online jail roster maintained by the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office, McDuffy is documented as having been charged with first-degree battery as well as assisting other authorities.
The Jacksonville Police Department reports that a person went to a nearby hospital to seek medical attention for what seems to be a gunshot wound.
A second individual has also indicated that they are seeking therapy for trauma that is associated with the incident.
There were no other victims present at the location when the officers arrived, according to the police.
There is no information available regarding the health of the two individuals who were sent to the hospital.
