Arkansas – It’s flu season, and we are here to help your family stay healthy! Here, you will find information about the flu shot (vaccine), what to do if your child gets sick, and the difference between COVID-19 and the flu. You will also discover additional helpful resources to keep you and your family safe.

We know you’re in the habit of washing your hands, wearing a mask and keeping family members at home if they are sick. Keep it up! Next, make an appointment to get a flu shot for you and your child. If your child’s pediatrician is at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, call 501-214-8736 (or 479-327-1276 for Arkansas Children’s Northwest) to make an appointment. If you already have an upcoming appointment, be sure to ask your care team for a flu shot when you visit.
