Arkansas guardsmen to help at ADH warehouse for next 2 and a half weeks

Little Rock, Arkansas — According to the Arkansas National Guard, on Friday they are going to help at an Arkansas Department of Health warehouse for 18 more days.
According to authorities, the extension comes at the request of the Arkansas Department of Health through the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management.
The extension will allow time to properly inventory, prepare, and distribute test kits and personal protective equipment.
The guardsmen were initially called to duty on Jan. 3 to work at a warehouse in Pine Bluff, authorities said.
Later, they were transferred in Little Rock, to the warehouse on South Shackelford.
The guardsmen will now be helping that warehouse until Feb. 18.
