Authorities asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted for first-degree domestic battery

North Little Rock, Arkansas – Authorities in North Little Rock appealed to the public, asking for information regarding a person sought for domestic battery in the first degree.
The person who has an active warrant for domestic battery is Quinton Earl Settles, 33. Authorities released a photo of the man, hoping someone would have information on his location.
The North Little Rock Police Department said Settles’ last known whereabouts were in the Little Rock area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the North Little Rock Police Department or the nearest police agency. Authorities are reminding the public that they may remain anonymous when providing police with a tip.
