Little Rock, Arkansas – The Clinton Presidential Library is preparing to celebrate a significant milestone.

This month celebrates two decades since the establishment of the library. The former president and first lady are anticipated to make their way back to Little Rock in a few weeks to commemorate this significant event.

Ann Kamps is a woman who has been with the Clintons since the outset. As the anniversary approached, she reflected on her experiences with them.

Kamps started her journey with the Clintons in 1985, taking on the role of Mrs. Clinton’s assistant in the Capitol.

She remained there until former President Clinton, then the governor of Arkansas declared his intention to pursue a new political path … campaigning for the presidency of the United States.
“We proudly held our signs that read ‘Clinton for President,’ filled with excitement.” “This was our boss who was campaigning for the presidency,” Kamps stated.

What followed was significant as President Clinton took on the role of the 42nd individual to serve in office on Capitol Hill. He held office for two consecutive terms in the White House.

Although his tenure concluded, his impact continued to resonate in Arkansas. The Clinton Presidential Library was inaugurated in 2004.

Ann Kamps persisted in her collaboration with the Clintons. She continued to be a key figure at the library, overseeing volunteer services and leading tours where she recounted her experiences with Bill and Hillary.

“On this 20th anniversary, I hope that everyone in this state shares the same excitement as those who visit from around the globe every day,” Kamps expressed.

Little Rock is set to host the Clintons for a celebration marking 20 years since a significant event.
On December 6, President Clinton is set to discuss his latest book, Citizen: My Life After the White House.

On December 7, he and the former first lady are set to engage in a conversation about their political journeys and commemorate the 20th anniversary of the library.
