Conference aiming to help empower, lead women
Jonesboro, Arkansas – The Women’s Conference of the Living Word Cathedral is going to be held in Jonesboro with the purpose of uplifting and empowering individuals through the power of faith and community.
Bridgette Thomas, the host, announced that the conference for this year will be called “Warrior Revival,” which refers to a battle conducted in the spirit realm. It is a place where women will come in and feel refreshed when they leave, according to her.
“We thought that ‘Warrior’s Revival’ would be a perfect name and that it would be a time of refreshing, renewing, revival restoring,” Thomas said.
Co-host Latrina Littleton said the goal of the conference is to engage women from across Region 8.
“We are aiming to bring more women into empowerment, and leadership. We are uplifting the single women, and we are empowering the marriage couples,” Littleton said.
On the evening of Friday, July 26th, at 6:30 p.m., the conference will begin in the Arvest ballroom located within the Embassy Suites Hotel, which is located on Red Wolf Boulevard.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, which will be free of charge and will include a variety of activities such as musical performances, group discussions, and special guest speakers.
