Covid-19 cases raise in Arkansas, the biggest number of infected on Tuesday since February

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Arkansas Department of Health reported the highest number of positive daily Covid-19 cases on Tuesday since February.
According to their report, 15 people were reported dead on Tuesday, while the number of new positive cases reached 1,476.
Since the start of the pandemic last March, the total number of positive cases reached 358,949 in the state, while the total number of deaths is 5,970.
There are 8,134 active cases currently which is 879 more compared to Monday’s report.
98 people are on ventilators, while 606 are hospitalized.
Gov. Asa Hutchinson urges Arkansans to get vaccinated, this is what he said on Twitter:
Today’s report of 41 new hospitalizations should be of concern to unvaccinated Arkansans. 98.3% of those hospitalized since January were not vaccinated. I’ll be in Forrest City this evening for another Community COVID Conversation.
