Dead body of the Fort Smith woman who was reported missing found in Oklahoma, three people arrested in a connection to her death

The dead body of the Fort Smith woman who was reported missing on July 19 was found in Oklahoma, police say.
According to Oklahoma police, the 40-year-old Tara Strozier’s dead body was found in a pond near Rock Island, a small town west of the Oklahoma-Arkansas border.
The woman was reported missing on July 19. Her can, black VW Jetta, was found abounded on Saturday on a private drive in Cameron.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation informed that three people have been arrested believed to be connected to Strozier’s death. Authorities believe she was tortured in a mobile home in Cameron and killed by the pond in Rock Island, the release says.
Following their arrest, suspect’s identities were revealed by the authorities and one of them confessed of killing her.
The 30-year-old Alex Nathaniel Davis admitted to killing her, while the 23-year-old Austin Johnson was at the scene when she was killed. Both of them now face first degree murder charges, while Davis additionally will be charged with kidnapping.
A third person, 24-year-old Kaelin Hutchinson was also arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer.
The three were being held in the Leflore County, Oklahoma jail Friday.
