Dogs in Arkansas celebrate National Adopt-A-Shelter Pet Day

Little Rock, Arkansas – National Adopt-a-Shelter Pet Day comes on April 30, and this year, right before the holiday, a young man wants to raise awareness while also having a great time.
Christopher, a student at Pulaski Academy, lost his father abruptly in July 2022.
After his father’s sudden death, he made the decision to take care of LuLu, his father’s beloved dog.
Chiweenie LuLu, who is 4 years old, enjoys hugs, going to the dog park, and watching movies.
According to Christopher, LuLu has been a wonderful therapy animal and is a daily reminder of his father’s love.
They gathered on Saturday with a few other canine companions to see “Secret Life of Pets” in MacArthur Park.
