Gas prices in Arkansas maintained a downward trend
Little Rock, Arkansas – Arkansas drivers have one more reason to be thankful as the gas prices statewide maintained the downward trend.
The drop in gas prices last week marked the largest single-day decline in the national average.
According to data published by GasBuddy on Monday, November 28, the average price of regular gasoline in Arkansas dropped 10.7 cents from the previous week to $2.99.
The price of gasoline dropped by 12.4 cents per gallon, bringing the national average down to $3.52. The price of a gallon of diesel dropped 7.9 cents nationally during the last week, bringing the price to $5.20.
According to experts, the downward trend in gas prices is expected to continue as people get ready for the holiday season.
