Investigation into the robbery of a jewelry store in Little Rock currently underway
Little Rock, Arkansas – The smash-and-grab robbery that occurred on Friday night at Park Plaza Mall is now under investigation by the Little Rock Police Department.
Officers with the Little Rock Police Department responded to Zale’s jewelry store at around 8:34 p.m. on November 25 to a report of a theft.
According to authorities, at least three Black male suspects broke into and robbed the store with hammers. Shortly after, they fled the scene in a maroon vehicle.
Additional description of the suspects was not provided except that one of them was said to have a teardrop tattoo.
The damage and the amount of jewelry stolen are yet to be estimated. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.
The robbery is currently under investigation.
