Jackson County firefighters called out to one of their own homes
Little Rock, Arkansas – On Friday evening, a fire crew from Jackson County was dispatched to a blaze that had broken out in the home of one of their fellow firefighters.
As a matter of mutual aid, the Diaz Fire Department was called out to the house fire that occurred in the district protected by the Erwin Volunteer Fire Department.
According to a post on Facebook made by the Diaz Fire Department, the blaze has been put out and the home has sustained moderate damage; however, it is believed that the damage can be repaired.
The department announced that within the next few days, a collection would be organized and information regarding it would be posted on the Diaz Fire Department’s page on Facebook.
