Jefferson County man wins $1 million lottery prize

Jefferson County, Arkansas – After winning the Arkansas State Lottery Mega Millions prize Thursday, a Jefferson County man is $1 million richer.
According to the winner, whose name has not been revealed, he bought the ticket at Super 1 Foods in Pine Bluff which will receive a $10,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
The man said he was going to replace his 15-year-old Ford Focus with a new car and maybe buy a new truck t00, lottery officials said.
Pine Bluff resident Jonathan Love claimed a $500,000 price from a scratch-off ticket earlier in the week, and on July 1, a Clark County woman bought a Quick Pick ticket and won $1 million in the Mega Millions drawing.
