Man shot while heading to Waffle House on Colonel Glenn Road
Little Rock, Arkansas – According to Little Rock police, a man was shot Wednesday while en route to Waffle House.
The victim informed police that he was going to the eatery near Colonel Glenn and University Avenue, according to the Little Rock Police Department.
According to the report, the victim reported to police that his car had a flat tire while he was driving. According to the complaint, he informed police he pulled over close to a Kum & Go gas station nearby.
The victim then reported to police hearing a gunshot and seeing two persons dressed in all black, according to the incident report.
He allegedly informed the police that after recognizing he had been shot, he drove himself to a grocery store on Main Street. According to the police report, the incident took place just a few minutes after midnight.
According to the report, the victim said that a family member took him to a nearby hospital. The victim was shot in the chest, according to the police. His injuries were not considered to be life-threatening, according to police.
