Pine Bluff police arrest suspect after shooting leaves 1 dead



Pine Bluff police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead Thursday, and have arrested a suspect, said the department in a press release.

Officers were dispatched to 202 Rhinehart Rd.around 2:45 p.m. about a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found a man, later identified as 32-year-old Tyrice Graydon of Pine Bluff, lying on the ground.

He was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries from apparent gunshot wounds.

Police arrested Sharrodrick Dunn, 36, of Pine Bluff and booked him into the Jefferson County Jail. Dunn faces charges of first-degree murder.

Authorities said this is the city’s 24th homicide of the year.
