Police in Arkadelphia looking into two fatal shootings that happened on Friday night
Arkadelphia, Arkansas – Following two shooting deaths that occurred at Lake Place Apartments on Friday night, police in Arkadelphia are conducting an investigation.
The Arkadelphia Police Department claims that at 10:17 p.m., a 911 call was received reporting a robbery and numerous gunshots at the apartment building.
When the police arrived, they found a 16-year-old boy dead in the parking lot of one of the apartment complexes.
Authorities also got a 911 call at 10:18 p.m. about a dead 24-year-old man who had been taken to a nearby hospital’s emergency room.
According to police, both guys are suspected of taking part in the heist that was allegedly reported. Both people’s identities are being withheld at the moment so that family members can be informed.
Detectives from the Arkansas State Police and deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office are assisting with this continuing investigation.
