Arkansas police searching for suspect after I-49 chase
Little Rock, Arkansas – Northwest Arkansas police are searching for a suspect on the run after a chase along Interstate 49 Tuesday.
According to Bella Vista communications director, Cassi Lapp, it is a case led by Gravette police but multiple law enforcement agencies were involved.
Police said after the suspect wrecked his car near the Edinburgh Road underpass off of I-49, he took off on foot and evaded officers.
Centerton, Bella Vista, and Gravette police were some of the agencies involved in the manhunt.
Police described the suspect as wearing dark pants, and a camouflage shirt and having tattoos on his arms.
