Police: One hurt in gunfire in Hot Springs
Hot Springs, Arkansas – The Hot Springs Police Department is looking into a shooting that happened there and resulted in one injury.
Officers from the Hot Springs Police Department responded to shots fired on Friday about 7:49 p.m. in the vicinity of West St. Louis Street and Central Avenue.
Soon later, a 911 call was made reporting a person with a gunshot wound at the emergency room of National Park Medical Center, reaching the communications center of the Hot Springs Police Department.
The patient was flown to a hospital in Little Rock for medical attention. The matter was taken over by the Criminal Investigative Division in response.
At this moment, the victim’s identify has not been made public.
