REALTORS in Arkansas launch command centers for disaster assistance

Little Rock, Arkansas – For people affected by tornadoes to apply for up to $2,000 in recovery money, the Arkansas REALTORS Association (ARA) will establish temporary command centers from Wednesday, April 26 through Friday, April 28.

Through a collaboration with the REALTORS Relief Fund, the ARA has agreed to donate up to $1 million in grants.

The recipients may utilize the funds for hotel stays, rent, or mortgage payments.

Board members of the ARA-affiliated charity Hearts & Homes of Arkansas and REALTOR volunteers will be on hand to offer technical support and offer on-site computers for people to submit grant applications.

If approved, checks will be available for collecting the following day at the command center.

The following places will host command centers that are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
