Saturday night homicide in Pine Bluff, police investigating

Pine Bluff, Arkansas – According to Pine Bluff Police Department, on Mach 26 at about 11:30 p.m. officers responded to a residence at 720 West 26th Ave in reference to a shooting.
When they arrived at the scene, they found the body of an adult male outside of the residence with apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name is being withheld pending the notification of next of kin.
The investigation is still in the early stages and there is no suspect information at this time. The body will be taken to the Arkansas State Crime Lab to determine the cause and manner of death.

According to Pine Bluff Police Department, this is the 7th homicide in 2022.
