The richest people in the world earned more than $400 billion in 2021, this is the list of millionaires worth more than $100 billion each

The ten richest people in the world in 2021 earned an additional 402 billion dollars, according to Bloomberg.
The “biggest winner” undoubtedly is Elon Musk, who started the year with 156 and ended with 277 billion dollars, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Musk’s earnings last year were less than the $140 billion he earned in 2020, but he’s enough to become the richest man in the world.
Behind him is Jeff Bezos, the owner of Amazon, who in 2022 entered with 190 billion dollars. That is only $4.5 billion more compared to 2021.
Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg made $25 billion last year and now has $128 billion. Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates started last year with $139 billion and ended it with $ 32 billion because he lost much of his fortune in the divorce with his now ex-wife Melinda Gates.
Google co-founder Larry Page added $47 billion to his $83 billion account in 2021. His colleague Sergei Brin also joined the list, earning an additional $45 billion, increasing his fortune to $125 billion.
The American billionaires who increased their wealth last year are joined by the Frenchman Bernard Arno, owner of the largest company that trades in luxury products. Toz earned an additional $61 billion last year and now owns a total of $176 billion. Arno is the only person outside the United States to be on the list of billionaires for 2021.
All ten people on the list own over $100 billion. The eleventh person on the list is the Frenchwoman François Betancourt Meyers, the heir to the $94 billion L’Oreal empire and the richest woman in the world.
