This year’s annual rice festival is full of fun and more
Weiner, Arkansas – With the 48th annual Arkansas Rice Festival taking place on Saturday, October 12, the town of Weiner joined together to celebrate the event.
People from all over the community and the surrounding area participated in the parade and enjoyed the various activities and merchants that were available to them because of the event.
According to Annalisa Meredith, the fact that Weiner is committed to the community makes it an obvious choice to host this festival.
According to her, “It takes approximately one year to get this entire festival going and to get all of the people, all of the volunteers that come out and help us work together.” “It is something that we truly represent the rice industry, and we are here for the rice farmers,” said the representative.
A large number of people showed up, and some of them even brought their own animals. In addition, there was live music.
