Weather causes canceled and delayed flights at Clinton National Airport
Little Rock, Arkansas – Due to the weather Tuesday morning, a number of flights into and out of the Clinton National Airport have been canceled or delayed.
According to FlightAware, there are seven delays and ten cancellations at the airport as of 10 a.m.
There have been cancellations with Delta, Southwest, American, Skywest, and Mesa Airlines, according to the flight tracking system.
Delta, Southwest, Republic, Envoy Air, and GoJet Airlines all have delayed flights.
As Arkansas is being slammed by an ice storm, there are delays and cancellations. For the majority of central Arkansas, an ice storm warning is in effect until Wednesday morning.
Travelers on the ground are also being impacted by the winter weather, which is leading to icy roads, collisions, and major backups on interstates.
Through the airline’s website or ClintonAirport.com, travelers can check the status of their flights..
