Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office arrest suspect in connection a homicide
Pulaski County, Arkansas – Deputies within Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office arrested a suspect on Monday in relation to a homicide that occurred earlier that day.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 47-year-old Charles Pepper in connection with an ongoing investigation into a fatal incident near East 39th Street in the county.
The victim has been identified as 56-year-old Donell Peterman.
Law enforcement officials have charged Pepper with capital murder in connection with the case.
Pepper is currently in custody at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, with bail set at $500,000.
