Little Rock, Arkansas – Chi St. Vincent has announced that its Little Rock location, CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, its Sherwood location, and its Hot Springs location have all received national distinction for their organ donation outreach programs.

The Donation Campaign is an ongoing program that drives efforts to raise awareness about organ, tissue, and eye donation.

The program aims to raise awareness of organ, tissue, and eye donation among American workers and to promote organ, tissue, and eye donation rates.

According to a press release, ARORA helped CHI St. Vincent receive Platinum designation from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

ARORA and CHI St. Vincent hospitals have partnered to use a variety of advertising strategies to raise public awareness. Organ Donation Month is observed in April, and ongoing activities include organizing, holding public events, and producing information on organ donations for patients and their families.

“CHI St. Vincent is honored to receive this recognition for its efforts, working with ARORA, to raise awareness about organ donation,” CHI St. Vincent Market CEO Chad Aduddell said. “Transplantation is a miracle that restores lives, and we are dedicated to helping share that miracle with patients and their families.”
