The ARTSpace to host yoga class with FloEssence
Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Yoga enthusiasts aged 13 and older have an exciting opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate with a special yoga class led by certified instructor FloEssence. This session is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 18, from 1:30 to 3 p.m., and will be held at the charming Yoga in the Loft, located in the Loft Gallery at The ARTSpace on Main (ASOM), 623 S. Main St.

This yoga class is not just an ordinary session; it is an experience that combines the physical benefits of yoga with the tranquility of meditation. FloEssence, the instructor, is set to guide participants through an hour of yoga, ensuring a thorough and relaxing experience. This will be followed by a guided meditation session, perfect for both new and experienced practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and find inner peace.
Participation in this class is part of the ASC’s Flex Pay program, with a recommended price of $15. However, it’s important to note that advanced registration and payment are required to secure a spot in this sought-after class.
